We're heading down there this Thursday, with a stop over the weekend in Raleigh to spend with daughter and her hubby. Hope to be near Orlando by Tuesday. Plans for the next week or 2 will be Pompano Beach / Miami (maybe?), Naples / Ft. Myers, Sarasota, Green Cove Springs, then Panama City Beach (all for either relatives or domicile related needs).
Any Dreamers going to be in any of those areas and would you like to meet? Feel free to PM me.

Oh the memories....................Seems like I was just down there, even though it was two years ago, when picking up my coach in Orlando.

Cheryl - have you tried RVillage? Seems like a perfect app for this request. Would love to meet you sometime, however we're back in the Seattle area so I think we're just about as far away from FL as we can be in the continental US. Let us know when you head out west!!

Hey Cheryl, if you're looking for a place to stay when you're heading up I-75 towards the Panhandle - we just spent a week at Williston Crossings RV resort in Williston, Fl. It's a beautiful place! It's west of I-75 in-between Gainsville and Ocala. http://www.willistoncrossingrv.com/
We got in on a week long special for $99 - that's up to $120 now but still WELL worth it if you need a place to stay when heading up I-75. We liked it so much that we reserved an annual site there overlooking the lake for $400 a month. We'll be heading back as soon as the house sells and using that as our home base.
Happy travels!!

Williston Crossing is where some friends from Jacksonville just attended a rally.
I know at least one RV-Dreamer settled in Florida when they could no longer travel. Those types do not check in every day, so give it time.

Hi Cheryl,
We live about 45 min NW of Orlando in A DW manufactured home community...US 27 and the Fl Turnpike. Not sure if you already have a place to stay, but there are a couple of decent options near us...1. lake Louisa State Park, 2. The Bees Campground. We are tied up on Saturday, but if you end up in the area, PM me and we can do breakfast on Sunday!

If you stay in this area, for sure check out Mt. Dora, cutest little town in America!

Cheryl...
I am at an RV park in Bonita Springs...right between Naples and Ft Myers. Feel free to PM me the park is awesome and everyone is super friendly. Rates are better than any other park in the area should you decide to stay for a few days.
