We may have a week to stay in the area and wonder what your favorite park is and why.
We like full hookups with 50 amp, no need for wifi, tv, playground or dog area.
we like a nice view, a bit of shade and a bit of privacy on level ground.
we quite like fishing villages and working marinas and beaches, though not golf or shopping.
a non motorized vehicle bike path would be super too.
thanks!

The Texas coast is quite long. What specific part of it are you in? If near Corpus Christie (Coastal Bend area) would recommend Goose Island State Park outside of Fulton.

Thanks Barb, I'll check it out. We have the luxury of going wherever on the coast calls to us for almost a full week, so my question is pretty broad I know.
Off to google Goose Island!

Lots of visitors to Texas head to Rockport which is on the Gulf Coast. Many RV parks to choose from. Check them out here: http://www.rvparkreviews.com/regions/Texas/Rockport.html
