We are going to Winter Park, Fl for warranty repair on the fiver next week. We need to stay overnight before going to the dealer early. Does anyone have any suggestions about where to stay?

There is a nice one a little south east of Orlando, called Lake Magic. We have stayed there a few times.

There are lots of places in Apopka, http://rvparkreviews.com/regions/Florida/Apopka.html, which is not that far. I know there is a decent one in Winter Garden, which is a bit closer, since friends stay when visiting their kids. But I don't know the name.

We like Bees Campground in lake County, right on US 27 at Florida Turnpike, easy to get around. Also, one of the BEST Dealers in town for repairs is Independence RV in Winter Garden, right on 50, they are super honest and will advocate for YOU

Does the dealer provide serviced sites for overnight stays?
When I went to Orlando to pick up my coach I wanted to get it serviced first thing in the AM before we head out. So, over the phone, the Cummins Dealer gave me the electric security gate code to pull in after hours. They had (I think) four full service sites in their back lot, all paved. We got there at about 9:00PM and backed in. We were up and ready for them before anyone got to work.

If it's just for overnight and you don't care about scenery, this link provides various truck stops nearby:www.truckstopguide.com/
There's also what seems to be an excellent organization -- I plan to join once I'm on the road: www.harvesthosts.com/Maps.htm. They may have something in or near the area as well.
Don't forget Wallymarts as well.

Watch the dates of postings. Harvey posted last month of the need for the next week. The later postings isn't doing him any good at all because it is now 3 weeks later.

Well I guess it gives us something to do. Gives us some sense of worth.
If you didn't say anything Terry we all would have gone on thinkin' we really did someone some good...........Now look what you did. Now this makes us feel worthless.
