It is time to start advertising for next season....
Retama Village is a luxury ownership RV Park in Mission Texas. It is the nicest park in the Valley, in my opinion - and in the opinion of many others. This is not a public RV park, but a private ownership park that has RV sites available for lease by the owners. As a "private ownership" park it has RV sites and amenities that are far better than most RV parks. Lots are a minimum of 40'x80' with a minimum of 28'x75' of concrete patio and parking area. PLUS, each lot has at least a 12'x20' Coach House used for storage, or in some cases fully finished with a "mini casita", typically containing a sitting area, kitchen and bath.
I have two lots for rent - one is our private lot, that I will rent "shorter-term". I require a minimum of 4 months on that lot. The second is a longer term lot, requiring a minimum of 5 months. The best deal is a yearly lease - you can leave things in the coach house and come and go as you please. You can even leave your RV if desired.
