Saw that only thing I can say is it looks like campgrounds, Federal/State/Private might find it hard to he camp workers for more then 30-60
days at a time.

Well, let's face it. Connecticut is not that big in size, so one could drive to a park in another state before the 90 days was up and still be able to see all of the state that was of interest. It is also Connecticut that seized a bunch of private property via eminent domain a few years ago and then turned that land to a private company for developing commercial properties. It appears that the state can tax more on businesses than on private individuals. It doesn't surprise me that a state will do all they can to develop a new source of tax revenue.
