What is the best way to treat a roof from leaking. I have a rubber roof and just had all the seams redone. Someone told me to check the roof every 90 days. What is the best way to keep the seams from cracking. How often should the roof be clean and coated. The travel trailer is 2 1/2 years old.

JT you cant be over zealous when it comes to maintaining your roof...90 days is a good program to be on for inspection and roof washing....the cleaner the roof is the cleaner the RV will stay...You cant "keep the seams from cracking" you can however touch up and repair them. There are many products out there but if you keep it simple and stick with Dicor you will not go wrong. Go visit YouTube, search out RV Roof Repair Maintenance, the will be plenty of instructional videos that will show you the basic procedure.....
