I definitely want to try, but logistics is a problem. I celebrate Yom Kippur which ends on Sat. night, so the only day I'd be able to attend is Sunday. It's also about a 3 hour drive for me (6 hrs in a day). Not sure I want to get up at the crack of dawn to arrive by opening time, get totally exhausted, and then take the long drive back home. But I'm thinking about it.

We are going! We are still dreaming. Well, maybe more than dreaming. We are moving our first load to long term storage next weekend and have met with our realtor. We are on a 18 month timeline. So, we appreciate the info here and would love to meet some of you at Hershey.

We will be there Saturday and Sunday.....it's our official dream kickoff and hopefully we will find our new home and learn a lot. We are shooting for 2015 as our date, so still a couple of years out. Would love to connect with other soon-to-bes or those already living' the dream.

We will be there on Saturday. The kids are back in school by that time, so we have to wait until the weekend. We are SO excited as we have learned much since last year and have our list narrowed down significantly. There are RVs we'd like to see but have no local dealer, so we are hoping for the chance to see them at the show.

We will be there on Saturday (maybe Friday too) which starts our long series of attending RV shows the next year and a half. Maybe we'll bump into some of you on Saturday, although with the crowds I'm sure it's gonna be a mad-house.

We have gone to the Hershey Show for the past 2 years and it really helped in our research in figuring out which rig we want to fulltime in. Now that we have it :) we will not attend any more. But we really recommend it!

I have heard it's a big show. It's really one of those,,, we are in the area so we better see it at least once things for us. We are in our fulltime rig but have been pondering the idea of going to a 42' bath and a half unit OR possibly switching to a 5th wheel setup. Should be a good place to jump back and forth between them and see.
Happy to hear it helped you make a choice :)

If you go to the Tampa show there is no real reason to go to Hershey unless you just want to. The Tampa show has more units to see.

We went to the show 2 years ago. We had only planned on spending a day, but we ended up staying the whole weekend, 3 days. Put on your walking shoes. We went into almost every unit, several times for the ones that we really liked. There is so much information there and the seminars we found were very informative. A great place to see all the new products.
Have a great time.

At a place called Pinch Pond. I guess it's about 15 miles outside Hershey in Manheim. Here is the link. http://pinchpond.com/
We couldn't find a spot in town for as long as we wanted to stay. We roll in there on the 5th so we can tour around a bit before the show.

Hi All,
Hope to see many of you there! I'll be at booth #353 inside the Giant Center. It's on the concourse level near the tram stop.
Don't worry, I won't try to sell you something! I just won't have much chance for wandering about during the public show. I'll have to do my looking during the industry days on Monday and Tuesday.
Terry and Cindy will be there and have been fulltiming in their MH for a number of years so they might have some insight for you as well.

Would love to meet up with anyone who is going to be there! This is our first time to this show, we have heard it is HUGE! We are also signed up to go to our first rally with you all in TN next year! Enjoyed seminars such as "All About RVing" and "Extended and Full-Time RVing". Going back tomorrow! Anybody else?

Man was it hot yesterday....went in all of the 5ers for Montana, Forest River, Heartland, Redwood, Hew Horizons, Continental Coach, Excel and Mobile Suites.....WOW
Have to say if you want to spend the money the NH, CC, MS and Excel are it! That said we are narrowing it down a bit and will do some more research and crunch numbers to see what and when we will pull the trigger on!
Did get to meet Carol at booth 353. Always nice to meet good people. Looks like she has a winner with the Retema Village!

I was texting with Alicia at Rolling Retreats today and she said that she was going to be in the Hershey area this weekend. Evidently she is up there to meet up with a customer and is NOT a part of the show. If you were interested in the Mobile Suites and would consider fairly new used units, you might call or text her cell phone and ask about what she has. She has even been "re-designing" some of the areas of some of the coaches they order. She has done re-designs on both the kitchen and the walk-in closets.

I enjoyed the test drives. We first drove the Entegra. It's on a Spartan Chassis with there added cross brace system. MY OPINION ONLY but it drove great compared to the Tiffin 42LH. It was much quieter and absorbed the road much better and felt better in the turns. The seats set much closer to the windshield with less dash giving a better view in front of the coach which would be helpful in the tighter areas. Brakes were quiet compared to the tiffin and the inside was much quieter as well.
We love the flush slides and windows compared to the framed windows on the Tiffin BUT the Entegra flush windows only allow for part of the window to open with a crank. Not much for fresh air in our eye's and almost a deal breaker in itself. We like the fresh air and having windows open. But it sure looks sleek and more high end bus like. Plus less air resistance which helps with the quiet ride. The interior itself in the Entegra is just richer. Great leather and the couch and chairs are much more comfortable in the Entegra. No real place to set up computers in the Entegra. Storage is good in both, maybe better under the 42LH because it does not have a side radiator but then the Entegra DOES have a side radiator LOL!!. I was surprised the Entegra had no roof vents except in the bathroom. And the front window blinds are a pure joke in the Entegra!!! I could not believe when they showed them to us. Tiffin gets the check mark there. The Entegra has the smart wheel the Phaeton does not. The shower is larger in the Entegra.
They will both talk a lot about wall construction and insulation. The insulation in the Entegra is better and I think both wall systems are fine. The Entegra has a 15,000lb hitch compared to the 10,000 on the Phaeton. The Entegra has a alarm system, Phaeton not. I like the way when the Entegra goes in gear the front door vacuum seals and the mid ship slide door secures itself in place. The paint on both is nice but maybe the Entegra's is a bit better.
We really wanted the rear bath and a corner TV which the Tiffin 42LH has and the Entera only has it in a 44ft. We don't want to go to a 44ft motor home!!
To be honest we worked numbers on the Entegra and came home to think about it over night but got the call it sold. So it wasn't meant to be. I'm not sure what you will get to test drive because the one we was going to buy was the demo unit. The 42DEQ.
Holding tanks, aqua hot, heated floors, tile work ect. are pretty equal.

Will certainly take your evaluation into consideration during our tours of these DPs. Don't think we'll get a chance to do a test drive, but we're a little farther away in purchasing one than you are. Good luck in locating the best DP for your needs. From your test drives, there are pros/cons for both, but hopefully you furnished feedback to both Sales staff which may effect future design/engineering changes.
