Realtor just called and thinks we will receive TWO different offers on home this week. One is from a new moving to our town and second from a local engineer. I'm not sure how I'll survive the next few days!!!

If you get 2 offers, negotiate both. Make the best one primary and keep the other as an official back up just in case something doesn't work out on the first.
Oops... there goes my Realtor hat again!
Congrats! So exciting to see folks making progress.

Grams, that is great.
Finally, finally, finally our house closed yesterday! It was sold the first time in April, buyer didnt get promised employment so earnest money was kept. New realtor, "very qualified buyer" wrote great offer before we could get contract back to realtor. 4 weeks later underwriter didn't approve loan, had to put relatives on the mortgage to qualify. Took another 3 weeks to close. The second realtor didn't have our house listed on any online sites for all of July. Blamed his webmaster. Don't think so!!!
But it's done and over.
You're in a good position with two offers. Best of luck for a quick closing, Grams!

Congrats Grams, it's great to have a bidding war. We had 5 offers, that was a lot to sort through but well worth it in the end as the bidding war lasted a couple of days.
Sherry - so HAPPY for you and Jesse, glad to know your house finally closed. It's such a relief.

Thanks everyone! The dr put in an offer which discouraged the engineer. We took the offer, passed inspection with flying colors, waiting on appraisal (not sweating it) and have a closing date of 9/19!!! We plan to park in a RV park 20 minutes from my office. I need to work until 12/31...put then we are outta here!!! Will be nice to know there's nothing standing in our path!
Congratulations!!!!!!!!!
