Folks called our realtor on Thursday night to request utility expenses and our disclosure.
Called on Saturday for a tour, which was scheduled for yesterday at 4:00 p.m.
Called this morning before 8 a.m. to schedule an appointment to meet personally with hubby and me to discuss in and outs of the loft / commercial space.
I'm hoping for an offer! If they get anywhere close to my number, its SOLD!

Sending you prayers for an acceptable offer. We are also waiting on a possible offer on our house. Our realtor is also representing the interested party and is guiding them through banks and process for a V.A. loan. Sound like they may be interested in the furnishings also. Say a prayer for us too?!?!

Young couple stayed about an hour and asked numerous questions. Then they walked around our historic square. Hoping for an offer!!!
