Whatever you do, look to see what the weight ratings are on the tires in question and to see if they are made in China. Too light or made in China, I'd avoid them. The websites slogan at the top referred to "automotive" replacement tires. That's why you want to check weight ratings. Most trailers or trucks towing trailers would want at least "light truck" tires if not some more sturdy. Weight ratings are mostly what will give you an idea of what they handle.
