Grrrrr, it's so awful when part-timers ( I say that as I don't believe mostbfull-timers would be that disrespectful) are so rude.
Where is the park management?
Who let the dog out????😄
This too shall pass.

The American Softball Association girls fast pitch softball tournament is in town. And I do believe they are all staying HERE. *cries*
They are all driving fancy cars and have a big "we are way too cool to be staying in a KOA" attitude......
I left and came back and someone was parked IN FRONT OF MY RV. Hello??????????
I sit there and the guy comes back and waves me by. I point at my RV. He stands there and blabs with another guy then moves about three feet, enough for me to get the beetle in. *pondered opening my door and telling Storm............"giblaut!"*  ~snicker~
Then parks in the road and goes into the bathroom blocking all traffic! How rude!
Now there are about 200 people in the grass right across from me, playing ball and screaming and whistling. Ok, its only 8:30, hope it calms down by ten....but I have the most ball-driven German Shepherd in the world and she is just about to come unglued. Balls! Flying! Everywhere!!
Â
Gonna be a long week here at the KOA!!

This is Storm......(that's not me, that is her previous owner)....but that is my dog. Think the guy would move?? haha
You are going to have a heart attack lady!! Dont sweat the small stuff!! The girls will be gone within a week.. more and more as some lose the tourney they will leave. Most people (even though they may think they are above the rest) will have enough respect to move their vehicles to allow entry and exit. Ash and I went to RV parks every other weekend when she was growing up (we had a pop up and a tent). I am sure we made enough noise to annoy the neighbors. (we played in the park, sang campfire, drove her to the shower in the morning, rode bikes up and down the roads "racing"... etc)
Back then I had no clue that others lived full time in an RV. (mid 90s early 2000s). Today with the economy and foreclosures there are more and more... My best friends next door neighbor are a newly married couple saving for their first house instead of renting.
More and more parks are going to a "breed restriction". Even back when I had my huskies they were not allowed in the park because when they put their head down they looked like wolves. That scared the other children even when Ash could jump on them, grab their fur and say giddy up. Basically saying it doesnt matter what the "children" do they are still under scrutiny for the breed they are.

I was just whining. lol. Brian took care of it all. No biggie.
As far as breed restrictions, no campground Ive ever called has had issues with German Shepherds. She was raised with kids, so when kids walk by she hits the ground and wags her tail, inviting them to pet her. She loves it.   People would cross the street to avoid Odin, he looked large and menacing. But not Storm. She cares not about anyone. If I give the command, that's a different story.
