The living room tv is on a slide up and down device.... When I use to remote to raise it, it only goes back about 4-5 inches. If I reach under into the cabinet and hit the controller there it will raise fully.   going down works perfect either by remote or under cabinet..... I did try changing the batts in remote.    Ty for any info.
