I travel by myself and the dog...I boondock alot to keep my costs low, and at the moment am working the flea market circuit to keep the cash flow going without touching the savings.....it works!!!
I noticed you live in Colorado......to buy a decent coach and stay below the numbers you posted you will either have to get real lucky in that region or if you dont mind to travel head southeast into the sunbelt this time of year and you will fill your needs and get more for the dollar

Im not sure how long I can stay in my home, to much to handle and when thinking of living in an apartment have nightmares. My budget is very limited, I have no equity in my home so my top dollar is 10 to 12 grand. Anyone out there traveling old school too? How has that been going for you? Any suggestions? Ill be traveling alone with a couple pets.

I have a similar question:
I am finding what LOOKS like good options within our budget.. of course I have just begun researching.. but I am looking at $10,000 tops and most of those are mid 80's to mid 90's models. Is there any reason NOT to go for it if something I find checks out otherwise? I just got all excited about a Class C I found locally that is $5500!

We bought our 2003 Jayco travel trailer from a private seller off of Craigslist for about $9,000. The previous owners only used it for weekend trips with his boys. Aside from the carpets being strained, the trailer in pretty good condition.
