3 weeks until closing, one more online estate auction to run hopefully getting rid of the last of the furniture, a few more trips to various donation centers, a trip to the dump and then closing. We think we found a buyer for one of our larger, speciality items that are related to our business that we are no longer using or have found smaller, portable versions, so hopefully we'll be divesting ourselves of some of that stuff to another artist sometime soon.
We're so exhausted that we don't know what day it is, one of Dale's biggest art shows of the year is Father's Day weekend which is complicating things a bit. My work has been crazy busy and I have to fly to Dalls for 3 days in the middle of the month, not great timing.
So looking forward to getting some rest and knowing that this feeling of being overwhelmed with the things left to do is a short lived issue.
Living on our driveway, most items moved into the 5th wheel with the exception of laundry items and a few personal items. Today I "migrated" everything that had made it's way back into the house back out to the trailer, so looking forward to not having 2 homes!!!
Can't wait to see some of you on the road out there, however, if you see us this summer, we'll be the ones napping in our lounge chairs catching up on some much needed rest after the last couple of months that have felt like a constant marathon.

Oh my gosh, we remember that exhaustion!! And the moving things back in and back out. Like many of our friends on here, we're now eliminating things we packed and buying replacements for some things we gave away! We RE-organized the inside and have unpacked most of the basement into our temporary storage shed at our workcaming place. One of our neighbors suggested we have a garage sale in the park! But they all said they've done the same thing. Jesse tells people we packed a three bedroom house into our fiver!
The fun will begin soon and you will make it! Your home that sold after ours is closing way sooner!

Life is good!! Closing on the 28th and just got a sailing invitation on the 29th. Whoo Hoo, we'll finally have time to do something fun and my Dad wants to show off his new sailboat. Planning to be on Whidbey Island by the 4th of July to welcome summer with an art show. Knowing that we have some planned down time after all this craziness is keeping us sane right now, exhausted, but sane.
