If you have a TV Motosat dish then http://www.rfmogul.com/ will support you. They are old Motosat employees. If you have an Internet dish then you should join http://www.datastormusers.com/, since that is where everyone hangs out and helps each other, including dealers with parts.

We've been using Mobil Satellite Technologies for years. Of course, Motosat parts are limited, so there is only so much they can do on the parts side. But they do have pretty good tech support, including someone that is usually covering off hours.
