How often do you clean your rooftop solar panels, only when the roof is washed or more often? Does it depend on the environment, high dust/pollen clean more often? Thanks for the feedback

For me about once every two months, I used to clean them more often but found out when I did, it didn't amount to hardly any increase in amperage to the batteries. I guess if you in a dirty area or are bored and need something to do it's alright to do it more often.

Hi,
If your solar panels don’t get very dusty and it rains fairly often in your area that may be enough to keep them clean. If you live in an area where leaves fall in the autumn, then you may need to clean them off the panels. It depends on the climate.
