How do you get access to the Hot Water tank in a 1998 Jayco 3240 FL Class C?

We could use some help. We have a small leak on the water heater where the line goes in underneath the sink. My hubby can barely get his shoulders inside of the underneath of the kitchen sink and then it's still a long reach through duct work to reach the plastic fitting that is leaking. The back side of the cabinet has paneling on it with a couch in front of that. We have thought about cutting a hose and making an access panel. Or do you have to take the whole thing out from the outside? I have a couple of pictures, but can't see how to put them in here.
We have started our full-time living. We are at the Cherry Creek State Park and today is Craig's last day of work!!! We also close on our home at 3pm today. It's a big day and then it's time to fix a few things before we hit the road.

Sorry, but I don't have any answers for you with regards to the issue you are having with the hot water. However, I can help with a couple of other things.
First of all, you might register at the Jayco Owner Forums and ask your questions there as well as here. With that site being specifically for Jayco owners, you may get much better detailed answers for fixing the problem.
With regards to putting pictures in the forums, I don't know whether you have any membership with a photo hosting site, but if you do, you can use their site for "storing" the photos and use the image link to put the photos on RV Dreams. If you would like some instructions for doing that, you might check out the thread located in the "Guidelines and Suggestions" thread in the top area of the forum categories. My instructions were specific to Photobucket being used as the hosting site, but others are likely similar. The link to that thread here:
