We are going to be living in our 43 ft 5th when full-time in a week. We have had a trial run in it, and have many modifications to make for our lifestyle, but what else. I feel like there is a lot of preparations to make, but don't know if there are necessary changes. Most everything worked well on our trial-run. We did have an issue with the water pump. After filling our tank from city water connection, we had to have our pump on for adequate pressure. We were still hooked up, but turned the lever from fill to normal and hardly any pressure. Any ideas? I don't think our RV resort neighbors want to hear the pump going on in the middle of the night! (although, they might help us fix our problem!).
Is there some alterations we should make after having picked it up from the dealer?

At the location where the hose connects to the RV there is a screen to prevent debris from entering the water system, check and clean, your location might also have low pressure but your neighbors would be having the same problem....

I had a problem similar to that, it ended up being the in line water regulator I was using.

Living Full time in an Rv has been an evolution for us. I would not worry to much about changes at this point. Modifications wanted or need will occur as time goes on, and will seem obvious, at that point. We have made lots of modifications over the years that I would have never been able to predict when we first started.
