Whoo Hoo, Dale is leaving today to drive to Boise to stay with friends of ours, will trade in the Toyota Tundra for the Ford F450 tomorrow and be on his way to Elk City OK on Friday.Pre-sales inspection of our house was completed yesterday with NO major issues, everything that absolutely has to be fixed can probably be done for less than $200 and completed very quickly. We have one room left to paint and a little yard work to deal with.
Can't wait for him to get home, load the DRV and then get this place on the market!!Finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and are so thankful it's not a train!!

Dale and Ruth,
Glad to hear all of this. And, you'll have the benefit of having the "break-in" period on the engine done before hooking up to the Mobile Suites.

Hey, it's cool!!!
After all, you did talk about your truck. I'm really happy that things are starting to come together for you two. Are you still having to cancel the one show?

Yes, we've cancelled one of our most profitable spring shows due to the delay. Dale should be home 4-5 days before the show, but had no time to make any of his art pieces so we would have been frantically packing, driving 4 hours late at night and going into a show that is a good show, but rather stressful due to the wine intake and the looong hours. We figured the amount of stress we'd be under to pack and try to get to the show 4 days after he gets home was just going to put us over the top so we cancelled.
