Hi! Newbie here so bear with me. Hubby will be ready to retire soon, the kids are gone, grandkids live out of state. So we ditched our long time dream of owning a home on the lake and decided to travel instead. We both love to travel and we can follow the nice weather and destinations as we desire instead of being planted in one spot. A couple years ago after looking for over a year we found the truck we wanted. 2006 Dodge 3500 one owner low miles litterally like new. Last year we looked for a trailer and no luck, this weekend we think we may have found one. An Evergreen Everlite 29FK one owner, gently used like new 2011. Does anyone have feedback on this model or brand? We will be traveling with our 2 Yorkies and possibly the cat. We have done alot of road tripping but not with a trailer. My parents sold everything and went RV full time, I don't think we are ready to go that far yet but want a good TT to start out in. Thanks!

Gwen,
Welcome to the RV Dreams forums. You will find this a good source for information because the folks here are pretty knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and encouraging. They (combined) have a lot of knowledge about almost every kind of RV as well as the RV lifestyle.
As for the Evergreen brand, there are a couple of Evergreen owners registered here, although one of them doesn't check in very often. One that checks in the most goes by the username of "Charles" and the other one is "Mr. Piper." Use the "Search" function above in the blue bar and type in "Evergreen" and you'll get a number of helpful threads about the brand. As for the specific model, I don't know that they know that, but there is also a user's group for Evergreen that may yield some valuable information. I'm not sure how it works, but you may be able to register with the user's group and ask your own questions.
Good luck with your research and planning.
Terry

Welcome & love your "handle" Doodlebug!
I'm wondering if an everlite is built for full timing or if you'll just be vacationing in it? Let us know what you decide.

Thanks it's a childhood nickname my grandma gave me. I have seen people full time in less of a trailer but I don't know if we will. This will be our 1st trailer so alot remains to be seen. We want to take some short trips till we get our training wheels off.
