Copying part of someone else's post to then comment on??

I've seen several of you copy part of someone else's post and then comment on it. How do you do that so it's set apart like I've seen many of them? It's nice to be able to identify when you are quoting someone else.

At the top of each post is a button that says "Quote". Click on that and it will open up a reply window with the original post's contents in a quote box like you see here on mine.
