This might be a silly question.... but what are the possibilities of having a tiled shower enclosure in a trailer?
I have seen tile on some motorhome floors, but gravity is in their favor.
Wouldn’t the vibration and bumps of road travel make the use of vertical tiles unrealistic?

No problem using tile assuming install is correct....

My biggest concern would not be is it worth the cost of the weight? Combine the tiles and the grout to keep them properly installed, and that's a mighty heavy 'pretty' to have onboard.
Many travel trailers are already close to their weight capacity, especially once you load on all your gear. So calculate out how much it would weigh to do what you want, and factor that into your weight capacity and long term fuel expenses to pull it around. Only you can determine if those costs are worth it to you.
