Recieved great new from my last pet scan at the doctors office today. Told her about FT'ing in a MH and she was envious LOL
My DW has a shoulder surgery scheduled at the end of this month and she should be as good as new, 10 days after that. Have chatted with two realitors and my home is one of the better ones in our price range. So I'M thinking starting high with the market price, our home is turn key to move in now....to say the least, so I will borrow a phrase from Lucky Mike "doing the HAPPY DANCE...opps....excuse me for shouting....got my dancing shoooooos on.

Jo and I also would like to say that the news is GREAT on your end. Now, we can simply sit back and hope that the "stationary" residence sells soon so the "mobile" residence can get to "mobilating."
