something else to think about..........boondock washer , 5 gallon bucket with lid ......toilet plunger.......cut a small hole in lid for plunger to pass thru. load & go!!!! Also just for general information....it only takes 1 tbl spoon of detergent for a 5 gallon pail of laundry.........if you use more add 5 gallons of rinse water per spoonful of detergent!!!!
You must use caution Though, when halfway thru the agitation cycle using the line "Honey could you take over for a minute, I'll Be right back!!!

Well it has been almost three weeks now since we have started our full time adventure. It has been scary, a learning curve but all in all wonderful. We had many issues with our satellite TV and Internet but for the last three days we have been up and running. Have enjoyed catching up with everyone's posts.
Just wanted to pass on a new product that we purchased at Camping World and, as far as I am concerned, has been one of our best purchases for under $100.00. That is the Ezywash Washing Electric Washing Machine.
We boondock most of the time and finding a laudromat out in the boonies is sometimes difficult and sometimes our dirty clothes are cleaner than the laundromat. This little machine, although takes a far bit of water, gets the clothes clean and uses little power. I am able to get a king size fitted bed sheet in, a pair of jeans and able to wash bath towels (one at a time). These are separate loads but still worth it and you can do it on your time.
It may not be for everyone but if you boondock and/or have very little space it might be worth looking into.
Yes Terry, that is the one. You have to squeeze them out yourself, but it really isn't a big deal and if it is then hubby to rescue! It seems like it takes the same amount of clothes that an onboard washer will take. We don't have the luxury of having an onboard so this just suits our needs.
