Mark,
Welcome to the forums. As you will see as you read the forums and Howard and Linda' information in their Site Map area and daily journal, there is a lot of information at this site. Plus, you have the advantage of asking questions that you may not be able to find elsewhere. Since we all tend to learn from each other, all will benefit from your questions and comments.
Glad to have you as part of the family of participants.

I am presuming here, but were you referring to the NBA's Oklahoma City Thunder? While I'm not a sports fan, I have been impressed with the ability of that team in moving to the top in a big hurry. I have no clue to statistics, but have any other teams gotten into the play-offs in such a short time?
I am also impressed with all the people on the team and associated with it. They all have become an integral part of the community and I love the way that have reached out to work with the kids of the city and so many other things. Also, absolutely none of them act like Prima Donnas.
When you decide to come back through OKC, let us know via the private message feature (found by clicking on the username of those that one is interested in communicating with) and I can get you my e-mail address and phone number. We always enjoy meeting other RV'ers as they come through.

Welcome to the forum - lots of friendly people here.
Besides Howard and Linda's great website, you might also look at the site of Mark Bruss, and of course, my site jackdanmayer.com. Hopefully, you will find useful info on both.

Laurie and George, it's getting pretty cold out there tonite, how long are you keeping Fort Pickens company? Hope you're heading south. Great rv park between Gainsville and Ocala called Grandlake Golf and RV park. Exit 368, about three miles east. Cute 9-hole golf course, on the rebound with new management, cheap rates right now trying to build clientele back up. Have made reservations for new years already. Hope you enjoy your stay in the panhandle, the best beaches I've ever seen. Mark
