I not sure how to word this but I have a new trailer with siding panels and i find that after you wash the trailer go camping for a weekend or just keep it parked in the yard that on both front sides were the seems are on the siding after a few days there is like black stains or soot it seems to wipe off but keeps coming back in the same two spots about a foot long down the seems on both side. If some can tell me what it is or were its coming from and what I can do to stop this from happening. it`s not dust or dirt I don`t think its black more like graphite. I would love to hear some answers thanks!!

It is dirt & soot that is being grabbed by the sealant used to seal the seams. You might try cleaning really well with an industrial cleaner to remove the sealant residue and then use a really good car wax to go over the seam. The wax may keep the residue at bay so the seams will stay clean for longer.
