Does anyone have any experience with the Microhearth Cookware Set?  Our current travel trailer home does not have either a regular oven or a convection oven and I'm looking for some ways to expand my cooking options, especially as it gets cooler and more challenging to use the grill.  

The reviews seem pretty good and I read someone's blog where they are using the grill pan with success.
