We've been "lurking" here...learning from you RV "experts" ever since getting our motorhome last year. It's a 2000 National Tradewinds...don't plan to ever live in it permanently, but are enjoying a week or two at a time in coastal parks mostly. Our problem: the sliding door between the living area and bathroom has come off the top bracket on one end. Any suggestions for fixing it ourselves?

Typically to get a pocket door back on the track you must remove the top piece of trim that conceals the track. Then you will see two plastic connectors that rotate and lock two verticle spindles that the door hangs from.....welcome to RV Dreams....

Following along with Gene’s directions, many times this fascia board covering the track on one side will be attached with brads, like small nails, and must be carefully pried off to access the door track. With a little care this can be done without damage – just take your time.As a suggestion: After repair of the track and / or re-hanging the door and adjusting, I suggest putting this board back in place with some nice looking, wood matching screws such that it can be easily be removed again when necessary to adjust the door track in the future.Been there – done that – makes the event much easier.
