We have stayed at a couple but Racerguy has the right idea about using rvparkreviews.com since what works for one person doesn't work for another. There are parks in town, north and south off I-25 and north heading for Taos and beyond. Mostly decent parks but none is perfect. Don't expect "It Factor" though the good sites are Santa Fe Skies might qualify, but we haven't always been assigned a "good" site there.

We are at the Santa Fe KOA right now - not bad - kind of dusty with all dirt roads but Santa Fe is a dusty town!

Stayed at Santa Fe Skies last september for a week. The sites are gravel but plenty of room for our 37' with three slides and the toad.
Great views overlooking the town. The night lights after dark are fantastic. It is about a 15 minute ride into town but after looking at the campgrounds closer to town we felt it was worth the ride. It is a family run park and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend it and will stay there again on our next trip in the area.
And they are very dog friendly.

Lots of good places to go and see in Santa Fe, eating places are awesome, golfing is good.
