We're on the path to full-timing, hopefully within the next 3-6 months. Sooo excited but nervous as well. We're very used to change, hubby is retired AF and we moved around quite a bit over the years. We're getting rid of all of the "stuff" that so clutters our lives which is so liberating! Advice and encouragement are more than welcome!

Lisa,
Welcome to the RV Dreams forums as an active member. You will find a lot of knowledgeable folks here, so feel free to ask questions. There are no "dumb" questions to ask because the only dumb questions are those that aren't asked.
We will also welcome any of your comments as well, so feel free to join the "family."
Also, thanks to your husband for his service to our nation and thanks to you for your sacrifices as the wife of a military man.

Thanks everyone for the welcoming words! Met with the realtor today and will be waiting to hear back from him to see if selling is an option. Fingers crossed!

Hi Lisa!
I have begun to ready my home for going full time and still have five more years (although I am hoping the last year we will be full time in RV while Mike finishes his last year of work)! Initially I was scared and worried that I would be sad or have a difficult time clearing out all the "stuff"...memories and all (one member commented that just because you are getting rid of the stuff you aren't getting rid of the memories). But it has been just the opposite, it is a great feeling to start to shed the weight of all of this "stuff". As you said, liberating indeed. I really did get alot of insight from this forum on how to deal with that, it was helpful for sure.
Best wishes to you on your journey!!

Welcome Lisa. Most of us here have been thru the same stages and feelings while preparing our RV-Dreams lifestyle change. Just know that we survived and love the freedom our RV provides. Feel free to ask questions...
