We are planning on driving our MH and toad to the area and meeting our kids from MT and WA. We'd like to find a condo/house to rent where we can park the MH and possibly use it when we're there. All we need is electrical and a fairly flat driveway or such. Anyone have any ideas or advice for us. We're planning the trip for February 2013.
Thanks in advance...

My guess is that you can find what you are looking for, but it will likely require a lot of research and time. Here is a link from the Official Florida Keys Tourism Council to help get you started:
It may, emphasis on may, be easier and less expensive to find an RV park for you that also has cottages or is affiliated with a hotel or condo.
Just be sure to do your homework, because the quality of accommodations in the Keys varies widely. Even poor accommodations can be expensive in February, so know what you are getting into. We don't want you to be disappointed.

While I can't help with your needs, you have done a good thing by asking well in advance. My understanding is that it is hard to find places in the Keys in the Winter.
Good luck with finding a place to fit your needs.

Reserve America does most of the RV park rentals in the Keys - very, very hard if not impossilbe to get one - it is shear LUCK if you do. Through Reserve America you can TRY to obtain a space 11 months in advance of your arrive date. Good Luck - it will not be easy!
It's a site where owners rent out their vacation properties directly - you can search for a property that meets your needs. One of the ammenity options the owner can select is 'RV Parking', which may help you in this scenario.
Best wishes,

Home away.com has houses, condos, and apartments for vacation rentals all over the US. My son has used them numerous times with great results. We have used it twice, last was for a condo rental in the Keys. It was gated so probably would not work for you, but they have something for every budget and need. Just refine your search around your parameters.
We were very pleased.

With the DW, the daughter and the son on the search, I find that just passing on your suggestions works best for me. Muchas gracias for the info...
