On the NuWa website there is a tab for 'archives'. There you can find floorplans for older models of their 5th wheels, and this one is there... I just looked. It has 4 slides - two in the living area, one for the entertainment center and one on the opposite side for the dining and sofa area; one in the kitchen (L-shaped counter), and one in the bedroom area.
Well I'll be! Pasting it in actually worked! From the looks of it, if you were overnighting at Wallyworld or somplace with all the slides in you wouldn't have any trouble getting to the bathroom or the bed; the kitchen might be kind of cramped, and the living area would probably be severely cramped, but it doesn't look like you'd have much problem grabbing a few hours of shuteye.

Saw this at a dealer in Prescott, AZ this week (2/22/12) & we were really impressed. Very gently used and we would buy it but we're just not ready to buy the new truck yet that it would require. We think it's a great deal for someone who is seriously looking. Think it's a custom model as the exact floor plan is not on the mfgr. website. Great quality, great living space & great kitchen. Just under 30k. We are not experts but from all that we've seen, we estimated the price to be in mid to high 40's and were surprised to see the just reduced cost. Just wanted to let you lookers know just in case you agree.
Not connected to the dealer in any way but if you want to know more, just ask.
Happy travels,
Sherry

I have a point and a queston:
Since this is a 2005 model year, it would be unlikely to still be on Nu-WA's website for current models.
To make it easier for interested parties to see this unit online, do you have a link to the dealer's listing of the unit? If not, do you remember the name of the dealer who had it so that others could look for it themselves?
Thanks for bring it to our attention.

I wish I could, I wish I could, but it's no longer within the realm of possibilities for me. The NuWa Champagne edition is their top of the line model. It's what my wife and I had settled on before disaster occurred. The only thing I might want changed is in the entertainment center area - get rid of the computer desk, and make room for a larger flat screen TV (I'm sitting in my recliner with my laptop... wouldn't need a computer desk). Depending on the condition of the rig (and I would have that checked out indepently of the dealer), the price is very attractive.... and I would wnat to know if there was any warranty or maintenance agreement atttached or available.
I know there is someone else in another thread who is looking for something like this in this price range - can't remember who or where - but I would hope they would take a look at this. I'll prowl around to see if I can find them and send a pointer to this thread.

NuWa recently announced they will no longer be building new RVs. I hope they will stay in the business of remodeling pre-owned units, because many of their models are well-rated by RV.org and are a good FT unit.

Also I wasn't sure if I should put a dealer link on here but here goes:

(Now I have to go read how to insert a hyperlink on this forum.)
