Is there an antenna/boost that I can get to help getting a signal with my sierra hotspot device?

If you're refering to Sprint's Overdrive made by Sierra then no... there's no antenna port for a hard wired antenna. Several companies do however make signal boosters that enhance the signal strength around the amplifier. Hopefully others that are more tech-savvy than me will comment on the topic.

Either a cradle with an amp and antenna or a complete "area" wireless amp is what you need, if you need to boost your signal.

Is this going to be for 3G service, or 4G service? We don't offer anything for 4G WiMAX yet, but the Wilson Sleek is a pretty popular low cost option to boost 3G reception - http://3gstore.com/sleek
