I am pretty sure that I saw a post somewhere in RV-Dreams where one of you geniuses modified and put baloon/tubeless tires and axles on your tote. We bought a brand new 32-gallon tote and on the first trip to the dump station the cheap plastic hub melted off. We drove slow (5-8mph) and at least the wheel didn't fall off.
The cheap rubber/plastic wheels are a nightmare and very noisy. I would sure appreciate some insight on how (parts, etc.) to modify the 2 axles and 4 wheels. Thanks ahead of time.

http://rvroadtrip.us/mods.asp Near the bottom of the mod list. I guess this only helps if you have the Barker model.
Here's a picture of the Barker Model with pneumatic tires/wheels from Harbor Freight.

No problem, Just buy a shovel and a Boyscout Hand Book.
Tom and Dona I made a transfer tank out of a 6 gallon plastic water tote by installing a connector and cap on the lower side. it can be even be emptied out in a pit toilet site. Have used it on and off for over 15 years.
