How exciting for a little Aussie bloke to get published in the comments section of Howards entry 11 July on the Grand River. Just loved the video of the river and had to say so. Nearly made a fool of myself though when I saw them riding their bikes the next day and they were on the wrong side of the path. Oops. Love all you guys on this forum. Thanks Howard for publishing my comment.

Steve,
I went back to read your posting and I have to say it is sad that you are experiencing bad weather. Sadly, I now have to throw some more cold water on you. (OK, I'm joking now.) But, riding a bike on the right side is the proper way in America. We also drive on the right as well.
It is good to hear from you again, and you really ought to start more threads so that we in the other countries can know how camping and RV'ing is done in Australia. I'm sure that it would be enlightening for all of us.

Thanks Howard would love to show you around. I am actually trying to work out how I can get over there to one of your Rallys just to meet everyone. Particularly while the $ is so good, over here that is.
I also want to extend an invitation to all my RV Dreams friends to come to my place to stay.
www.coledalebeach.com.au I am the caretaker of this lovely little Camping Reserve which is run by the Coledale Surf Life Saving Club. No employees so all money goes to the SLSC to teach the Nippers (young surfclub members) and pay for the patrol equipment.
We have 44 sites, only 6 with power. None of them could fit your monster rigs on them. Although we do have about 3 fifth wheelers that come and visit us throuout the year 1 x 30' Wildcat, 1 x 28' Puma and an aussie made one. The Wildcat is my favourite 2 slideouts. Stop laughing!!!
We are right on the beach the closest of any park in Australia and only 1hr south of Sydney. This is not an add so I will stop there. Seriously if any of you RV Dreamers are in Sydney come and stay. Mates rates apply.
