I have just recently purchased a fifth wheel but would like to sell the rocker/recliners as I already have a Lazy-Boy recliner that I prefer. How do I go about selling them? I am in Sacramento. I will be going through the PDI next Friday. I'm not exactly sure when they will deliver it to the RV park, probably sometime during the next week. (I don't have a truck yet, still searching for one within my budget.) Any suggestions appreiciated.

Susan,
We sold ours on www.bookoo.com . These sites are mostly looked at by military people and we sold ours to a couple of soldiers in the barracks.
Of course there is the old standby, Craiglslist. Or just putting an ad in the paper works well too, but costs money.
Good Luck.

I know some people keep the original furniture to put back in the rig when they buy a new rig. I would think Craigslist should yield some results.

I would try selling the furniture as you would sell anything else. Just advertise in the various Craigs list, news papers, thrifty nickles, or even take to a consignment shop. As far as having furniture delivered, we have had new chairs delivered to our rv at a park twice. We just had new chairs delivered by Lazy Boy a few weeks ago.

Since we never eat at the table and seldom have guests we sold our dining set on Craigs list to a guy that wanted an upgrade for his motorhome. Just advertise it as RV furniture.
