This camper is in immaculate, very good condition.  Cost new was approx $40,000.  This has been used for occasional camping by non-smoking couple.  Recent upgrades are:  new tires & brakes, new water pump, added JT strongarm stabilizers, 19" & 32" flatpanel HD-TV's, added a built in electric fireplace with heater, two new 12 volt batteries.
