One of our back windows is dripping onto the bottom track, but it appears the outside seal is dry and intact. Husband is going up on the roof now-any ideas as to how this could be happening? It is like the window is leaking from it's roof track.

Is it cool outside where you are at? If so it might be condensation on the inside of the window running down into the track.

It is cool, but only seems to be effecting that one window and seems to stop when the rain takes a break. After I dry off the track you can see where occasionally drops of water fall down on the track.We've been looking and cannot for the life of us figure out where it is coming from...
