Through several changes in our family situation, we will be selling our 2000 37s Pace Arrow. We have had it for a number of years and put 10,000 miles on it. It currently has 40,700 miles on it, completely serviced 700 miles ago, with new brakes on all four corners, oil change on Ford v10 engine and generator, these have all been done at the appropriate intervals. We consigned it at a dealer in North Carolina. They were asking $69,000 for it. We would consider any offers around $40,000. It is my understanding that they had offers of $50,000 and they didn't take them or notify me of them. They have since then gone out of business. Go figure.
It has a Onan 7500 watt, it has 2 very large solar panels that go to 2 deep cycle batteries. It has dual airconditioning, dual furances, and Splendie combination washer and dryer. It is capable of boondocking with the generator and solar panels. We have camped with it as low as 16 degrees, and as high as over 100 degrees. It has a 100 gallon water tank, and 70/70 gallon for grey and black water. It has the banks kit, chip, and exhaust as well as extra steering stabiliziers. It was previsouly owned by a fellow who raced oval track, and he was looking to upgrade. Meticulosuly cared for by certified mechanics.
I have three children, two of which are in college, and one more starting as these two finish three years from now. Have you ever figured out what all of that costs? My RV dreams are on hold. Since I will be living vicarisouly through all of you, please stay the course. Any comments or questions are welcomed.

Still looking to sell this RV. The RV is located in Winston Salem and I'm willing to consider any offers. I'll have to make a decision soon on what I'm going to do. Its a great motor home if you know anyone who is looking for one. If you need any more pictures or would like specific images let me know.

Just wondering how many slides there are? Saw the one but not sure.
Sounds like a good deal but somewhat out of my price range. We still have a couple of years left before we can hit the road FT.
Thanks,
Sunset

In the process of looking - can't buy an RV until our house sells - question is Pace Arrow still a manufacturer of RV's?
