We have landed a gig at a snowbird park in Arizona for the winter!
Aaaahhhh....heated swimming pool....activities...mature guests (in age at least) who hopefully know better than to trash a restroom...

We have had numerous leads and actually several offers (Midland, Texas...um...no thank you....I've actually been there...).
Like Goldilocks....this one feels just right! Hey, we even got an actual letter of agreement instead of "gee, we're not very structured around here."
That is a bit more reassuring.
So, things do happen for a reason!

Where is the park and what is the name of it? We will be in Arizona for part of the winter, but haven't decided where to stay yet?

We will be at Butterfield RV Resort in Benson, AZ starting October 1, 2010 through April 2011.

Congratulations! We are still sitting in place with a house not sold so don't know where we'll be this winter but hopefully not here. We have our RV parked in a small park and are actually living in it. Have already sold all our furniture - just not the house.
Have a great time in Arizona and wish we could join you.
