I was just out looking for county parks and came across a site I thought I'd share. Sometimes you need to know the name of the county both for travel and your weather radio. On Geology.com if you go to US maps and then click on the state you want you can scroll through several maps of the state from topography to rivers and lakes, interstates and counties. I can see lots of uses for this site as we travel. Hope it will help you out too.

Thanks for the tip, that will be handy. Always something new. eh? The topography will be particularly useful this summer looking for cooler temps.

That is an excellent resource, especially for the weather radio. I have ours set for the surrounding counties for our location, it makes it better than listening to the weather for the whole state.
