Really like the looks of that fan and may be on my way to Lowes on the lookout for this unit. Is it quiet and how many settings does it have? Marty

Additional fan info: It has two 110volt outlets on it. The cord is LONG and very heavy, It pushes a tremendous amount of air as it is a squirrel cage unit. It is adjustable to direct the air straight up to down on the floor. The partic one that we have is NOT STANLEY but LASKO , appears that LASKO builds them. We use it outside to blow the mosquitos away, we are in South La.

Just a bit off topic, but just for kicks after seeing an ad on TV, I googled the Dyson Air Multiplier. It blows air, but has no fan blades at all. Sounded good until I saw the price. $250 for a 10 in model. Are they NUTS?

Will probably be able to get it at Walgreens for $19.95 before long!

We have the Stanley version of the fan and paid about $30.00 for it at Menards...a home improvement store here in the Midwest. It is lightweight and works great!

We have a version that was sold at Lowes with a Nascar logo on it.
It moves a lot of air and the stream of air can be directed right where you need it or shoot it up to the ceiling and let it circulate air throughout the room.
Also great for drying wet carpet. I used it to dry the carpeting in my truck when the sun roof was leaking. Everything was completely dry in just a few hours of use.
On third setting (high) it is a very strong stream of air. Better make sure all papers are secure or they'll be all over the RV.
