Does anyone know of a Manufacturer that offers Class A diesel motorhomes with a kitchen island?

Monaco has a Dynasty model with a kitchen island. I think I saw a Holiday Rambler 2011 that was the same basic floorplan. It's a "flipup" counter that folds down when the slides are in.

Depends on what you mean by kitchen island. Tiffin has a roll out cabinet that acts like a kitchen island. Rexall has an island in some floorplans but it blocked the way to the bathroom with the slide(s) in. We have a flip up counter extension in our Dutch Star plus a dry bar area, so we have more counter space than many.

The Dynasty start at over $500K new! Way out of our budget! I do like the flip up counter in the Tiffins. What we saw was a separate island opposite the stove. It contained the sink. I think it was in a Georgetown.

You are correct in that they are mighty proud of those Dynastys! I think the last dealer we talked to was saying $370K. Depending on when you are looking to buy you could pick up a used one in a few years.

My 2009 Monaco 38PKQ has an island in the kitchen... my wife loves it!

We had a 2010 Georgetown 374 37' Class A that had a center island. Loved the layout although walking to the rear was a little tough getting by the island. The unit was a gasser and being a Georgetown it was entry level quality which means everthing was assembled for a very short lifespan. Finally gave-up and upgraded to a better made brand.
