Jo and I have begun to check out as much as we can without a sewer hookup to make sure things work as they should on our MS 38TKSB3.
Last night, Jo went to bake some cookies in the Advantium oven and while all the displays and lights seemed to work, we couldn't get it to bake, microwave, or even turn the turntable. Even after more than 20 minutes of preheating, there was no discernable heat in the oven when we opened it.
Since this is our first ever convection oven, is there something we are missing that we need to do? We both looked over the owner's manual and couldn't glean anything from that source. (The troubleshooting section is a real joke. I never have liked most of the documention that one gets with a product.)
We are to take our MS back in to get a couple of things installed that they didn't have when we picked up the camper, so we'll have them look at everything when we do that.
As usual, I need a little help, and I always appreciate what I get from all of you.

Terry, as I remember there have been 3 or 4 threads on this forum about the microwave/convection oven. Do a search, and you might get some input to help cure your problem.

Just a guess Terry, but check your circuit breakers. Some timed there's a separate one for the oven, and maybe it's tripped.

Terry,
We have the same oven and it is awesome. There is one single 120v plug, visa vi circuit breaker. If the clock and hood light is working, you are getting power.
I know this may sound whatever, but reread the steps for setting the heat and time. If you follow those precisely and it fails, you have a defective oven.
We have had ours four years now and it has operated perfectly from the first try. Please do not switch to a different brand, you will love it once it is operating.
