Our 2 yr warranty comes to an end on the "in sevice date" of our 5th wheel (2008 Designer 36RLTS) on May 27/10. We are now facing the question of whether or not to pay $2500 CDN for an an extended warranty for 4 more years called "Secure Trailer" underwritten by the Soveriegn General Insurance Company. What are your thoughts? Who has purchased an extended warranty? Why? Are you glad you did? Who has not? Do you regret not? Any input would be grea appreciated. 

If you search in the files you will find a number of threads, this topic has been discussed quite a few times over the years. Although some people like them, the consensus has been that it's better to put the cost of a policy in a bank account and use it for repairs as needed. Good luck
