Our boss was out here today and it is a green light for us working as roving/relief/interim managers in the Fall and Winter.   This will be on an as needed basis. 

Both sides will have to work together to see how it goes and iron out the details as we go along.  The company has never had a position like ours but that is okay....we have never full-timed before! 

I told Dave this is one of the great things about America.  You have the opportunity to create not only your own lifestyle but sometimes...if you work hard and perhaps are very lucky...create your own job!

We are grateful to our immediate boss and the company owner for giving us this amazing opportunity.  Our future is lookin' pretty darn good!
