From what I have been able to tell the differences are color choices and decor, so choose the one that you like more.

Hi, We have a 2007 Tour and as the other poster said, the color choices were all we found to be different in the Winnie or the Itasca. Holds true for all of their models.

I read somewhere that back when Winnebago purchased Itasca, if they had melded them into one product line it would have created a monopoly frowned upon by the Federal Trade Commision. Therefore they left the two namplates separate, although the products were extremely similar.
This has happened in more than one industry, so I have no reason to believe otherwise, but I am open to anyone that can correct this.
We love our Itasca!

When we were buying ours...we followed the advice on here. Everyone more or less said " buy the one you like the best" Look at all in your price range, and we think one will stand out over the others. It's what you like...everyone is different...that's what makes the world go round. When we were looking...(and we did look at many) We kept comparing them to the one we finally ended up buying as we just felt comfortable in it, and it felt like HOME. Loved the decor, colors and layout. Sure none of them are perfect, but go for the one you really feel is right for you...I think you will know when you see it. We bought ours and love it. Have had no problems, and it feels like home, and our gut feelings were right. As for the Itasca or Winnebago...they are pretty equal. So if you prefer one coach over the other...go for the one you like best. Think you will be happy with either product, Roz has the Horizon and we have the Vectra and Tumwatergal has the Journey as our friends do, and we're all equally happy. Best of luck to you. Arlene
