This is just a WILD guess but have you enabled Java Scripting?
Go to IE, tools, internet options, advanced and find scripting and enable it. See if that works. I've gotten that same message before but can't remember why or how I fixed it.
I hope this helps.

Connie..I tried what you suggested..didn't help. But I did receive an email and they suggested I do this: It worked.
Julie, please try the following steps to resolve this issue:
1.Go to http://picasaweb.google.com
2.Log in using the same Google account you use to post to Blogger.
3.Create an empty album called "Windows Live Writer" (without the quotation marks).
Then, please try posting to your Blogger account from Writer again.
We appreciate your continued support as we strive to provide you with the highest quality service available. Thank you for using Windows Live Writer.

What it is trying to tell you is you do not have a link there. Doing this will create one.
Good Luck

I ran into the same problem the first time I put a photo into Writer. Deleted the photo and posted successfully. Went straight into Blogger and added the photo from there.
Any tips on using this would be great.

Worked fine. Just another solution/bypass.
