Hello All Does anyone have any experience dealing with "RV's For Less" in Knoxville? Looking at their website they seem to have very good prices and I like the idea of dealing with a smaller, family run business.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

We purchased our 2007 3400-RL Bighorn from RV-4-Less. Butch and Karen are very good people and our purchase went as smoothly as I could ever have wished for.
We visited the factory after our interest grew with Heartland and their product they were producing... We had already visited a couple different dealers before the factory tour but felt the visit was important before we made a decision to buy. Sure glad we did, after our visit... with note pad and tape measure in hand... we soon learned the one model we thought we wanted was a little too small for our needs.
I looked up several dealers, we full time so where we bought our Fifth Wheel wasn't as big a deal as was the cost we were going to end up paying. I sent several dealers an Email with the options we wanted. Soon the Emails were coming back with their Best Price.
We were very pleased at the savings we found with RV-4-Less. It was quite a lot lower than the next best offer. We called Butch and Karen... placed our order... and waited for them to call, telling us to come pick up our new dream Home !!
Once the RV Came in... we made the final switch over from our ( S-ome O-ther B-rand ) in their sales yard. RV-4-Less staff walked us through a very good PDI... and we were soon off !!
After a year on the road we had a tire failure. The tread came off the tire and did damage to sheet metal and wheel well trim. I called Butch and ask about getting repair parts. He was more than helpful... even suggested if we had time and could wait until he brought his next Heartland RV down from Elkhart Indiana, he would include our parts in that delivery... there by saving a very large shipping cost.
He was quite reasonable on the parts we had ordered as well. He could have charged any amount with us not knowing the difference... It was his values that in my view showed their true nature then... Both Karen and Butch are very honest in their dealings with an ever growing customer base. We were blessed to have a chance to do business with them both.

Thanks for the reply Marv. These folks seem to have a real good reputation.
Safe travels and hope to see you on the road soon.

I've never met him or have visited his dealership, but it sure sounds like really good things can happen to really good people.
What an amazing story!

I know Butch and Karen, I do know Butch has had a difficult time in the last few Month. They were RV4Less were the Host RV dealership for the Suite Owners International Rally in Tennessee this past summer. I haven't bought a RV there from Butch & Karen however they will for sure be at the top of the list if Delaine and I decide to go back to full timing.... I hope Butch is still improving and on the road to a full recovery..... I agree good things do happen to good people. Bad things also happen to Good people. Happy Trails.....
P.S. Does anyone know how Butch is doing????? For a while updates were being posted, but haven't seen any lately....

Butch from RV's For Less is doing good - continually improving. He is coming into the office part-time now. God did an amazing miracle in his life. He is home and receiving therapy there multiple days a week. He is walking (with a walker). He is eating good. Thanks for your concern and prayers!
