Bed, Bath and Beyond is a treasure trove of kitchen and household items that are smaller sized or fold up, etc. A recent trip revealed measuring cups, measuring spoons, collanders, step stools, table top ironing board (which I don't plan to use much), etc.
What space-saving accessories have you found and where?

Wal-Mart has the collapsible measuring cups. I still use the regular measuring cups. I got a table top ironing borad at a Family Dollar for I think under $10.00. Not the best, but stores easily, for no more than it is used.

The collapsible silcone baking pans, cupcake, and loaf pans and etc. They are best used in a convection oven. southwestjudy

I found the collapsible mixing bowls, measuring cups, colander for our 5th wheel. They definitely have a lot of new things that I think will work well for us. Keeping my eye out for more every time I'm in Bed, Bath and Beyond and in our Super Target.

We use a couple of hard plastic fold up/collapsible crates that come in handy for numerous jobs. When folded they store under the sofa, in a closet, or a large drawer.

DW had a couple of collapsible devices. Just a quick as she tried to use them, she said, what a peice of junk. Tossed them right out. We have found that space saving is a waste of time. We take what we need, and use what we take. If it was ever used at the S&B, it is useable in the RV.

I don't have alot of collapsible things. I do have a few of the silicone baking items....loaf pan, square baking pan and cupcake pan. I also have a collapsible stool I use to reach things. That is about all. I just brought the items from our sticks and bricks that I thought would be needed and used.
